Responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships while actively promoting and selling life insurance products through assigned leads. The role emphasizes deep customer servicing, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining long-term, trust-based client engagement to achieve sales and retention targets. Post-onboarding, candidates will go through an intensive training program focused on the insurance industry, comprehensive product knowledge, effective sales processes, and best practices in customer relationship management.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with an allocated portfolio of existing customers.
• Act as the single point of contact for all customer queries, service requests, and complaints.
• Identify customer financial goals and provide suitable insurance and financial planning solutions.
• Conduct regular customer appointments and interactions based on campaign-driven databases.
• Analyze market trends and competition to offer professional and customized advice.
• Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within the assigned customer base.
• Ensure customer retention and persistency of policies through regular engagement.
• Support licensing and compliance processes as per organizational standards.
• Contribute to team development initiatives (subject to performance and assessment).

Sales Acumen

Basic Computer Proficiency
