Lead and develop the team to drive sales through relationship management and high per-executive productivity, ensuring all service and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Recruit and Select: Identify and interview top-tier sales executives in collaboration with HR to build a high-potential team.
    • Drive Productivity: Ensure the unit exceeds KPIs, including premium per executive, case rate, persistency, and talent retention.‍
    • Exceed Revenue Targets: Implement strategic sales plans to consistently surpass assigned revenue and growth goals.‍
    • Field Coaching: Conduct joint field work to demonstrate and observe selling skills, ensuring high execution standards.‍
    • Performance Management: Lead fortnightly reviews (PRP) and supervise daily activity plans to ensure optimal output.
    • Technology & Market Strategy: Direct executives in using the GOLD system to maximize business opportunities within target markets.
    • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee 100% adherence to company regulations, focusing on need-based selling and customer service standards.
    • Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and track in-house telemarketing leads to maximize conversion rates.
    • Customer Engagement: Provide rapid response to queries and handle policyholder complaint resolutions to ensure satisfaction.‍
    • Retention Management: Proactively manage the allocated book of relations to maintain high customer retention levels.‍
    • Competitive Intelligence: Educate the team on product advantages relative to competitors to facilitate informed customer decision-making.

    Eligibility

    Minimum 5-6 years of Life Insurance sales experience, including at least 1-2 years in a Onroll team-handling role.
