Responsible for strategically building and nurturing an elite, high-performing distribution network comprising top-tier agents, premium partners, and key corporate agencies. This role is pivotal in accelerating the promotion of life insurance products, ensuring the network consistently exceeds advanced business targets, meticulously upholds organizational values, and maintains rigorous compliance with all regulatory norms. You will undergo a comprehensive, advanced training program focused on specialized channel development strategies, in-depth insurance industry insights, sophisticated product knowledge, and cutting-edge sales techniques designed for high-value partnerships.
• Identify top-performing distributors across Life, General, and Health Insurance segments within the assigned territory.
• Promote Max Life’s agency career opportunities through career seminars, presentations, and one-on-one meetings.
• Manage onboarding of top advisors and business associates in line with recruitment plans and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive business growth by activating and supporting recruited partners to meet sales targets.
• Ensure high-quality sales by maintaining channel persistency and adhering to compliance standards.
• Support recruitment and sales through structured input behaviors and periodic performance tracking.
• Deliver ongoing training to advisors on product updates, process changes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, DSDO) to streamline recruitment and sales execution.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in agency development or sales leadership roles within the insurance or financial services industry, with a proven track record in building high-performing distribution networks
Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen
Proven ability to identify leads, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.
