Responsible for leading and managing the branch operations to achieve business targets, drive sales growth of health insurance products, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team, fostering strong relationships with customers, and upholding all company standards and regulatory compliance within the branch's jurisdiction. Post-onboarding, you will engage in a structured induction program covering advanced health insurance product knowledge, sales leadership strategies, operational best practices, and regulatory guidelines relevant to branch management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve sales targets for health insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team within the branch.
• Drive sales growth through various channels and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee operational efficiency, including policy issuance, claims processing, and renewals.
• Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to regional management.
• Address customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage branch expenses and optimize resource allocation for profitability.

Eligibility

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales or branch management within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on leading teams and achieving business targets
