Responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships while actively promoting and selling life insurance products through assigned leads. The role emphasizes deep customer servicing, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining long-term, trust-based client engagement to achieve sales and retention targets. Post-onboarding, candidates will go through an intensive training program focused on the insurance industry, comprehensive product knowledge, effective sales processes, and best practices in customer relationship management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the channel partner’s sales team to drive business growth.
• Achieve sales targets by mentoring and guiding channel partner staff on prospecting, licensing, customer engagement, and resolving customer queries.
• Conduct joint field activities with channel partner teams to generate business and build rapport with potential customers.
• Actively participate in worksite marketing, sales campaigns, and contests to boost engagement and sales.
• Meet product mix targets as outlined in the organization's strategic goals.
• Provide full support to the channel partner across pre- and post-sales stages, including claim settlements.
• Focus on generating high-quality business and ensure policy renewals to maintain persistency.
• Meet or exceed the minimum expected sales targets through strong customer relationships and regular interactions.
• Embrace technology-driven sales processes by adopting mobile tools and ensuring adherence to the Sales Management Process.
• Uphold the organization’s core values and maintain the highest standards of business ethics and integrity.

Minimum 1 year of experience selling financial products, with a preference for insurance
Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen

Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.
