Responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs for bancassurance sales teams across the region. This role aims to enhance sales performance, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and align all learning initiatives directly with regional business objectives and growth strategies. Post-onboarding, you'll be introduced to the organization's overarching training framework, our bancassurance strategy, the full product suite, and our digital learning platforms to effectively support regional training needs.
• Design and implement training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service.
• Deliver training through workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching across various employee levels.
• Develop and conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and performance data.
• Promote adoption of e-learning/m-learning platforms to support continuous learning.
• Collaborate with regional managers and department heads to identify training needs aligned with business goals.
• Manage training logistics, budgets, and resources for seamless program execution across the region.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and learning innovations to enhance training outcomes.
• Ensure all training initiatives comply with regulatory standards and maintain high delivery quality.
• Work closely with bancassurance partners and sales teams to tailor training programs to local and strategic needs.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous development within the region.

Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably within the bancassurance or financial services sector
Training Needs Analysis
Ability to identify training gaps and needs within bancassurance sales teams and partners across the region.
Curriculum Development
Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive training programs, modules, and materials for bancassurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Proficiency in delivering engaging and effective training sessions using various methodologies, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
Adult Learning Principles
Strong understanding and application of adult learning theories to maximize training effectiveness and participant engagement.
Bancassurance Product Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of life insurance and other financial products offered through the bancassurance channel, including their features, benefits, and sales strategies.
Sales & Distribution Acumen
Understanding of bancassurance sales processes, distribution models, and the challenges faced by sales teams in a banking environment.
Relationship Management
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with bank partners, regional sales teams, and other stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
Performance Measurement & Evaluation
Skill in tracking, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the insurance and banking sectors, ensuring all training content adheres to guidelines.
Coaching & Mentoring
Aptitude for providing one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
Communication Skills
Ability to articulate complex financial and insurance concepts clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for training material creation and general administration.
