Responsible for building and nurturing a sustainable and high-performing distribution network of agents and partners to effectively promote and sell life insurance products. This role ensures the network operates in alignment with organizational values and adheres strictly to all regulatory norms and compliance standards. Post-onboarding, you will undergo a comprehensive training program focused on the insurance industry, detailed product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and advanced channel development strategies.
• Achieve targets for new Agency Leader and agent recruitment.
• Drive quality and quantity of recruitment through effective coaching and engagement.
• Strengthen agency leadership and agent network via one-on-one sessions and mutual support platforms.
• Improve AFYP, case count, and develop high-potential performers (ECs, MDRTs, CEO Council qualifiers).
• Promote rewards and recognition to motivate performance across the unit.
• Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations for all agency roles and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities impacting the AAP model.
• Identify and onboard new leaders through market mapping and networking.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) and support team training and development.
• Retain and nurture talent through structured development plans and consistent communication.
• Implement strategies for sustainable agency growth and unit enablement.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agency recruitment and development within the life insurance sector, or similar experience in financial product sales leadership
Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen
Proven ability to identify leads, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.

Ability to foster positive relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
