Responsible for leading significant regional business growth by overseeing entire sales operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring complete alignment with channel objectives across all clusters and bank branches. This role holds ultimate accountability for achieving regional revenue targets, profitability, and market leadership in the bancassurance channel. Post-onboarding, you will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of our full suite of products, advanced processes, and strategic tools to effectively lead regional bancassurance operations and drive exceptional performance.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Drive product mix optimization and identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and sales teams across the region.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee regional training, marketing, and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and TAT adherence.
• Strengthen partner relationships and expand regional business reach.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
• Promote a culture of performance, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in bancassurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or regional management role
Strategic Leadership
Ability to define and execute comprehensive regional business strategies to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets within the bancassurance channel.
P&L Management
Proven experience in managing a full profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization for a business unit or region.
Large-Scale Team Leadership
Expertise in leading, motivating, and developing large, diverse sales and operational teams across multiple territories or clusters.
Key Stakeholder Relationship Management
Exceptional ability to build, nurture, and leverage strategic relationships with senior banking partners, regulatory bodies, and internal executive leadership.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Strong capability to analyze market trends, identify competitive advantages, and adapt business strategies to changing industry landscapes and customer needs.
Business Development & Partnership Expansion
Adeptness at identifying and securing new growth opportunities, including expanding existing bank partnerships and exploring new distribution avenues.
