Responsible for building and nurturing a sustainable and high-performing distribution network of agents and partners to effectively promote and sell life insurance products. This role ensures the network operates in alignment with organizational values and adheres strictly to all regulatory norms and compliance standards. Post-onboarding, you will undergo a comprehensive training program focused on the insurance industry, detailed product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and advanced channel development strategies.
• Build and grow a strong agent network by recruiting and developing Active Business Partners (ABPs) and Life Advisors (LAs).
• Drive distribution expansion and achieve business targets, including premium generation and agent activation metrics.
• Accompany agents during pre- and post-sales activities, including claim settlements, to ensure seamless customer service.
• Monitor and support agent performance to drive productivity and sustainable growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory guidelines at all times.
• Embrace and adapt to new sales technologies and mobility tools to align with the Sales Management Process.
• Uphold the organization’s values and maintain the highest standards of integrity and business ethics in every action.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling financial products, with a preference for life insurance
Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen
Proven ability to identify leads, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.
