Responsible for driving life insurance business across a cluster of bank branches by leading sales performance, building strong stakeholder relationships with banking partners, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance within the assigned cluster. This role focuses on achieving business targets through effective team management and strategic collaboration. Post-onboarding, you will undergo a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, bancassurance sales processes, channel strategy, and regulatory compliance specific to the banking sector.
• Deliver cluster-level business goals across key metrics like conversion rate, product mix, and persistency.
• Build strong partnerships with bank stakeholders at both branch and cluster levels to drive business alignment.
• Collaborate with Cluster Heads to set monthly business plans and ensure timely execution and review.
• Lead sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting bank sellers in client engagement.
• Review team performance regularly, providing coaching and feedback to achieve targets.
• Track daily business parameters, including seller activation, plan adherence, and policy persistency.
• Identify training needs and implement upskilling initiatives for bank staff on insurance products and processes.
• Foster a culture of recognition and motivation to boost performance and engagement.
• Ensure operational efficiency, workflow compliance, and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development while optimizing manpower and cost.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bancassurance and currently in a team handling position

Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen
Proven ability to identify leads, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.
