Job Description

Responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants to effectively promote and sell life insurance products. This role focuses on recruitment, training, and ongoing support to ensure the team consistently achieves sales targets and maintains high standards of customer engagement. Post-onboarding, candidates will undergo an intensive training program focused on the insurance industry, product knowledge, sales processes, and channel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Consultants.
• Drive team performance to achieve defined sales targets.
• Develop a strong market presence through field activities and client interaction.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to consultants to enhance productivity.
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• This is a field-based role and requires regular travel within the assigned region.

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience in any field sales role

Skills Required

Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.

Sales Acumen
Proven ability to identify leads, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.

Team Building
Ability to foster positive relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Leadership
Capacity to take initiative, inspire others, and guide projects to successful completion.
