Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents and partners. This role is crucial for driving the sales of insurance products, ensuring the team consistently achieves business targets, and fostering long-term, valuable customer engagement through effective leadership and support. Post-onboarding, you'll undergo structured training focused on comprehensive agent lifecycle management, in-depth product knowledge, effective sales processes, and customer-centric practices to empower your team for success.
• Drive agent recruitment by building a strong pipeline through multiple sourcing channels and referral activities.
• Onboard and activate agents following the company’s GOLD process and recruitment guidelines.
• Develop agent capabilities through training, field demonstrations, activity planning, and performance reviews.
• Monitor agent productivity, improve work habits, and address training needs in collaboration with trainers.
• Achieve business targets across monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans, ensuring optimal product mix and policy persistency.
• Promote customer-centric practices by acting as a brand ambassador, conducting customer meets, and ensuring high service standards.
• Track performance through key metrics including GPA, agent activation, persistency, GOLD score, and MDRT/EC qualifiers.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agency recruitment and development within the life insurance sector.
Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen
Proven ability to identify leads, build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Basic Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with email and internet navigation.
