Job Description

Responsible for leading and overseeing all business operations within a designated region to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth for pharmaceutical products. This pivotal role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Post-onboarding, you'll engage in a comprehensive induction program covering advanced pharmaceutical product knowledge, strategic sales leadership, regional market analysis, and best practices in regulatory adherence and team management.

Eligibility

Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
