Job Description

Responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships. This role involves executing sales strategies, providing detailed product information, gathering market insights, and ensuring strict adherence to ethical guidelines and company policies. Post-onboarding, you'll engage in a comprehensive induction program covering in-depth pharmaceutical product knowledge, effective communication and sales techniques, territory management strategies, and best practices in regulatory compliance and professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.
• Promote products effectively to healthcare professionals, providing accurate and detailed information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key customers.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies in the field to maximize product reach and adoption.
• Gather market intelligence on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure strict adherence to all ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards in all activities.

Eligibility

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling pharmaceutical products.
